Why We Excell
Excell Property Services INC, serves the entire Roaring Fork Valley of Western Colorado, providing many services that accommodate our clients. We manage commercial buildings, owner associations, privately held buildings, and individual residences.
EPS is owner operated and centrally located in the Roaring Fork Valley allowing us to never be more than a short trip away from personally overseeing the issues confronting a property. Our objective is to keep our customers assets from being a burden or troublesome while always keeping communication of the assets status a top priority.

​You can catch Rick at one of his favorite fishing spots throughout the valley. Over Rick's 30+ years in the valley, he has also served with Aspen Mountain Rescue, while Denise owned and managed her well-known day care in Basalt before a successful exit. High school sweethearts turned business owners, to grandparents, Denise and Rick have spent over half their lives together.
